Local Buses in Kanazawa

Buses are a convenient way to explore Kanazawa’s main attractions, such as the Higashi Chaya District, Kenrokuen Garden, Kanazawa Castle Park, the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, the Nagamachi Samurai District, and Omicho Market.

The Kanazawa Loop Bus offers two routes — Left and Right Loop — running every 15~20 minutes, and with the One Day Pass, you can enjoy unlimited rides in a single day.

Just press the button to request a stop, and place your fare in the fare box when you get off. Or, if you have a One Day Pass, just show it to the driver as you get off.

The One Day Pass is good for a single day of unlimited rides on the Kanazawa Loop Bus and other participating buses in the area. It makes a convenient way to save money while exploring various sightseeing destinations throughout Kanazawa. Simply show your One Day Pass to the bus driver when you get off the bus.

Notes: The One Day Pass cannot be used on the Kanazawa Light-Up Bus. The One Day Pass is valid only for a single date, which is printed on the ticket. The One Day Pass is available for sale at multiple locations in Kanazawa, but cannot be purchased on buses.
