Additional Notes on Fares

  • Child fares are half the price of the adult fares (rounded up to the nearest ¥10).
  • Transfer trip fares are not available when paying with an ICa card (transit IC card issued by Hokuriku Railroad).
  • When using a commuter pass, show it to the driver as you get on and off.
  • For trips between Kanazawa and the Suzu or Noto Town areas, it is necessary to make a transfer at Noto Satoyama POKÉMON with YOU Airport. When making a transfer, pay the through fare for your final destination.
    (A transfer ticket will be provided when making the transfer.)
  • Transfer trip fares are available for prepaid tickets,contactless credit/debit card payments, and cash payments.

Main Onboard Amenities

Buses feature either 100V AC power outlets or USB ports.
*For charging devices such as mobile phones or smartphones. Chargers and charging cables are not provided.
*Please do not use the power outlets for items that require a lot of electric power, such as hair straighteners or blow dryers.
*Power outlets may occasionally lose power or experience reduced voltage.

Personal Belongings

  • Personal belongings should be stored on the overhead rack or in the trunk space beneath the passenger cabin. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. To ensure everyone’s safety, do not place heavy items or items with unstable shapes on the rack. Passengers using the trunk space are responsible for loading and unloading their own items. We assume no responsibility nor liability in the event of any damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
  • The following items are prohibited in both the passenger cabin and the trunk space: oversized items (such as large musical instruments, skis, snowboards, or surfboards), valuables, animals (with the exception of service dogs for passengers with disabilities), hazardous materials, fragile/breakable items, items that could cause damage to the bus, and items that could cause harm or inconvenience to other passengers.

*1 May not be allowed on the bus, depending on how much space is left due to other items on the bus that day. Wheelchair storage is available only for passengers who can board the bus on foot after the wheelchair is stored in the trunk space. Only wheelchairs currently being used by passengers with physical disabilities are permitted.

  • Please bring the ticket sent from Meitetsu World Travel with you to the Hokuriku Railroad Ticket Office. It will be exchanged for a ticket stamped with the date of use.
  • The ticket is valid for services rendered on a single date.
  • The Noto Express does not require reservations. However, in the event that the bus is full, this service cannot be provided. If the bus fills up and you are unable to use your stamped ticket after going to the Ticket Office, please contact Meitetsu World Travel.
  • A Noto Express transfer at Noto Satoyama Pokémon With You Airport is necessary to reach the destination. When you get off the bus at Noto Satoyama Pokémon With You Airport, show your ticket to the bus staff. Tickets will be collected at Tsukumo Bay on the trip out, and at Kanazawa Station on the return trip.
